The Discovery Mining Client Services team provides first class service and support and is dedicated to managing your project from development through to successful completion. Our seasoned Project Managers have proven track records in delivering on large, complex litigation matters for prominent organizations involved in all types of investigatory review. Each project is assigned an individual Project Manager to direct your interaction with us, communicate progress, and ensure you meet our goals.

Plan and Guide
A dedicated Discovery Mining Project Manager will provide guidance in the requirement definition phase of your project and assist in building a plan for your specific matter.
- Establish project deadlines
- Determine type of data
- Verify foreign language inclusion
- Outline culling and filtering metadata requirements
- Determine automation configuration requirements
- Uncover document staging needs
- Clarify production needs
Process Data
Once requirements have been defined, your Project Manager will work with you to process and post data to best meet your schedule and deadlines.
- Maintain Chain of Custody for all data
- Prioritize data to meet deadlines
- Deliver data on a rolling basis with initial data set available within 24 hours of kick-off meeting
- Provide Exception Reports and other custom reports as needed
Train and Go
Discovery Mining’s application has been designed so that users require minimal training. Most training can be handled by your dedicated Project Manager over a 30-45 minute web-based telephone session. In person training can be performed, if preferred.
Discovery Mining Project Managers tailor their training sessions to meet the needs of Reviewers, Managers, and Administrators.

Project Progress and Support
A dedicated Project Manager and designated Support Team Member will work with you throughout the life of your project.
- Manage data processing and provide processing progress
- Provide general support for use of the application
- Provide technical support when necessary
- Assist with complex work flow processes
- Manage the export process
Production
When ready to export documents for production, clients populate and lock Production Folders on the Website. The Project Manager will then assist in the following ways:
- Confirm export request and export parameters
- Coordinate export delivery schedule
- Conduct export quality control
