Become a valuable asset to the front-end team by adding features to and
maintaining our web site and search engine, recently rewritten in Java
from the ground-up using Agile/XP techniques like Test-Driven
Development. Under the guidance of our XP coach, we've entered a new and
exciting phase of collaboration between developers, with short release
cycles and improved feedback from our business customers.

Requirements:
- 2+ years professional experience with Java.
- Comfortable working in a Linux/UNIX environment (our entire back-end
is Linux-based and you'll be running Linux on your desktop).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus points:
- Experience with open-source Java libraries
- Familiarity with the principles of Extreme Programming/Agile Development.
- Passion for complex problem solving
