Junior Software Engineer
Discovery Mining is an industry leading web-based document management and litigation
support software company. We are located in the beautiful Presidio of San Francisco and are currently are seeking a Client Service Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Provides user support for clients via telephone and email on the Discovery Mining system
- Research and answer questions from clients pertaining to the Discovery Mining system
- Submit, track and follow-up on bugs and features reported by clients into bug tracking system
- Works closely with Project Management and Engineering teams to quality control and deploy system changes
- Communicate problems and trends identified to direct supervisor
- Quality control output (client deliverable)
- Assist Project Mangers with various tasks and projects
- Provide on-call support (rotating basis)
Skills/Requirements:
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. Relevant work experience includes holding a position at a law firm and/or legal software companies
- Familiar with customer and bug tracking systems
- Experienced with the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Technically savvy
- Detail oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills: ability to effectively and concisely communicate technical concepts to non-technical people.
